Known to be the best wild elephant and gaur sighting spot in Thailand, it is almost 99% sure the visitors will see wild elephants any given day of the year in Kui Buri National Park’s wildlife watching area. Established as a national park in 1999, it covers 969 km² in Prachuap Khiri Khan Province, about 85 km southwest of Hua Hin. The park mountains are part of the Tenasserim Hills Range, spanning over many protected areas in Thailand and Myanmar.
