5. Check general equipments installed by owner
6. Repairs of cost higher than THB 10,000 need permission from owner

1. Clear dust, clean floor in all rooms
2. General cleaning of furniture, plants,other loose items, dishwashing and other requests
3. Clean restrooms/ bathrooms and their internal fittings, floors, ceramic walls
4. External area: sweep and clean entrance, steps,general walking floor, (sandstone quarterly)
5. Glass cleaning: all door glass and window glass internal and external (internal window glass once per week)

Scope of service :
Gardening and landscaping services for garden around villa, including:
1. Trim trees and bushes, remove dead leaves, cut/ trim grass when required.
2. Watering of the garden around the villa to be performed at least two times per week, throughout the year.
In the dry/ hot months, watering will be performed at maximum:
- 1 times per week for Silver package
- 2 times per week for Gold package
- 3 times per week for Platinum package
Note: In case of continuous rain during for example the monsoon season, watering will be done two days after the rain stops.
