Q: I want to buy a Villa in the Banyan Village, what is the next step?

A: Congratulations with your decision to buy a Banyan dream home! To make a reservation, you can contact the Sales Office to receive and fill in the reservation form and pay a reservation fee of THB 100,000 (by bank transfer, cash or cheque)

Q: What are the payment terms for the CD Villa's and the private Villas?

A: The payment terms are (after the deduction of the reservation fee of THB 100,000) as follows:
A. 10% of the Purchase Price within 14 days of execution of the contracts;
B. 25% before commencement of construction;
C. 25% upon completion of the roof;
D. 25% upon all windows having been installed;
E. 15% at the time of delivery of the Villa.

A: THB 366,231 per year, during the term of the rental pool agreement (3 years and 3 months)
