The Investment Homes are booked for rental through the Banyan Resort and provide the owner with a yearly guaranteed rental return. Homeowners can enjoy occupancy of their property for up to six weeks a year during the period from the 16th of February till the 14th of December (The peak period from the 15th of December - the 15th of February is excluded).
