Banyan Golf Club Hua Hin hosted Brunel International’s corporate golf tournament

12th February 2010: Banyan Golf Club Hua Hin “Best New Course in Asia Pacific”, was the host venue for Brunel International’s corporate golf tournament. Brunel International NV, “Providing Professionals Globally” specializes in the flexible placement of professionals in the fields of Engineering, IT, Legal, Finance, Insurance & Banking and Energy and provides such specialist through a range of staffing, project management, recruitment and consultancy services. Brunel has developed into an international group with over 8,000 employees and operates from an international network of more than 90 branch offices in over 30 countries. Brunel International’s global managers were invited to Hua Hin to compete in the company’s annual golf event.

The two day golf tournament was a full handicap stable ford competition, playing from the white tees measuring 6,286 yards. There were 2 nearest the pin’s and 1 longest drive prizes awarded for each day. The overall winners were announced at the prize giving luncheon at The Terrace Restaurant following the second day’s play. Brunel International’s CEO, Jan Arie Van Barneveld commented,

“It was great to host this year’s event here at Banyan Golf Club. The event was very well organized and enjoyed by all participants. The golf course was prepared and set up to provide a fair test of golf for all players and we are looking forward to staging our event again at Banyan Golf Club, Hua Hin in 2011”.
