"Banyan Village, Resort & Golf, Hua Hin, Thailand" is created as a result of a shared vision about the development of exclusive resorts on the best spots on earth, by a group of business man based in The Netherlands. Banyan, Hua Hin, Thailand has raised the standard of living, golf and leisure in the resort town of Hua Hin with its prestigious housing development (Banyan Village, Resort & Golf, Hua Hin, Thailand), world-class championship golf course (Banyan Golf Club, Hua Hin, Thailand) and luxury resort (Banyan Resort & Golf, Hua Hin, Thailand).



 Legal Structure

Blue Lotus Hua Hin (Thailand) Co. Ltd. is the holding company in Thailand. Blue Lotus Hua Hin (Thailand) Co. Ltd. is the owner of four operating companies:

• Blue Lotus Construction Co. Ltd: builds and sells investment homes and villas
• Blue Lotus Condominiums Co. Ltd: builds and sells condominiums/apartments
• The Banyan Golf Club Hua Hin Co. Ltd.: operates the Banyan Golf Club
• Red Tulip Holdings Co. Ltd.: operates the Banyan Resort

Blue Lotus Hua Hin (Thailand) Co.Ltd. is the owner of the land. The company will provide a land lease for all individual plots to the buyers of a villa at The Banyan Village.

 Milestones

• Banyan Golf Club opened its doors on 1st of October 2008 and celebrated its Grand Opening on 20th of February 2009
• The Banyan Resort welcomed its first guest on 5th of December 2008
• 90% of the investment homes are sold
• 60% of the Villas are sold
• 23 different nationalities have bought their Banyan dream home
• The onsite Sales Office opened on 25th of December 2008
