The Banyan Golf Experience is an all inclusive package that includes green fee, complimentary golf cart and caddie fee. The Last recommended tee time for 18-holes of golf is 2.00 pm.
Golf Reservation Policy
Terms & Conditions of Play
Players are requested to bring their handicap certificates to enter club tournaments and the handicap limit is 28 for men and 36 for ladies. In some cases, if a player is playing with a Golf Professional, playing ability cards or green cards will be allowed. Juniors under 12-years old must be accompanied by an adult.
Practice facilities are available for players prior to and after play. Tee times are based on 10-minute intervals, with four player's maximum per tee time. Players are requested to check in at least half an hour before their tee time. Most courses in Thailand are "spike free", with no metal spikes allowed.
Non-playing guests are not allowed to accompany players. The club management and marshals operate in accordance with the Royal and Ancient of St. Andrews which governs the rules of golf at Banyan Golf Club. Local Rules are featured on the scorecard.
Usage of Golf Carts
Green fees include 1 (one) golf cart per player, however players may have the option to share a cart up to a maximum of 2 (two) players. In order to maintain the condition of the golf course please observe any notices and comply with the instructions given on cart use by our Marshall's. No discount will be provided for players that wish to walk the golf course and pull carts will provided in such cases.
Severe Weather Conditions
In the event of severe weather conditions and you have played less than 50% of your round you may select another tee time and collect a 'Rain Check' from the Pro Shop.
Public Liability
Banyan Golf Club, Hua Hin is not responsible or liable for any loss, damage to equipment or accident resulting in injury, disablement or death.
Caddy Gratuity
The aim of Banyan Golf Club is to provide you with a caddy to make your round of golf more enjoyable, fun and precise. It is customary to provide your caddy a gratuity at the end of the round no less than Bht.200 each.
Dress Code
Players must adhere to the dress code. The Club reserves the right to refuse admission to the course to any person considered inappropriately dressed.
Gentlemen
Tailored trousers or shorts are required; T-shirt with collar and sleeves, or the new round neck quick dry golf shirts are required and must be worn inside trousers or shorts. The following are not acceptable:

Golf shoes with soft spikes or flat-soled training shoes are required, socks are required. The following are not acceptable:

- Tee times are subject to availability
- Groups, 20-players and above must be confirmed at least 30-days in advance
- 50% deposit will be requested by credit card for groups 30-days in advance
